These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jsfkeji ("we", "us", "our")—a Newcastle-based casual women’s clothing brand—and you ("Customer", "you"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the jsfkeji website (the "Website"), all associated digital services, and the purchase of our casual women’s apparel (the "Products"). By browsing the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to abide by these Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any supplementary guidelines incorporated herein. If you disagree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services and refrain from purchasing any Products.

Our product range features carefully selected leisure staples, from soft cotton tops and stretchy casual bottoms to effortless shirt dresses and weather-resistant lightweight outerwear, designed to suit daily commutes, weekend explorations, and casual social gatherings. Our services encompass: providing practical product guidance (fabric breathability, fit adaptability, easy-mix styling tips) on the Website; processing orders with clear communication and real-time status updates; enabling secure payment via trusted third-party gateways; arranging reliable domestic and selected international delivery; and offering attentive after-sales support for fit concerns, fabric maintenance, and quality-related inquiries.
We reserve the right to update our Product collection, refine service procedures, or enhance Website functionalities at our sole discretion. Such adjustments shall not retroactively affect the validity of existing contracts for fully paid and confirmed orders. We strive for accuracy in all Product information (descriptions, imagery, sizing, pricing); however, minor variations inherent to apparel production—including subtle color differences from screen display, slight fabric texture nuances, or minor stitching adjustments—are not classified as product defects and do not entitle you to compensation, replacement, or a refund.

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering an account (if applicable) or placing an order, including your full legal name, valid contact details, complete and accessible delivery address, and legitimate payment information. You shall bear sole responsibility for any losses, delivery delays, failed deliveries, or disputes caused by providing false, incomplete, or outdated information.
You are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that violates these Terms, applicable UK laws, or ethical business practices, including but not limited to: (a) Submitting fraudulent orders, using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or initiating improper chargebacks; (b) Tampering with the Website’s security infrastructure, uploading malicious content, or disrupting the normal operation of our services; (c) Reselling, distributing, or commercializing our Products for profit without our explicit written authorization; (d) Infringing upon our intellectual property rights (e.g., copying product designs, brand logos, or Website content) or violating the privacy of other Customers.
3. Account Security & Usage Rules
Account registration is optional for one-time purchases but required to access personalized features, such as order tracking, saved delivery addresses, purchase history, and exclusive promotional offers for casual wear. If you create an account, you are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (username and password) and all activities conducted under your account. You must notify our customer service team immediately upon detecting any unauthorized access, suspicious activity, or potential security breaches related to your account.
We implement comprehensive security measures—including end-to-end data encryption, secure login authentication, and regular security assessments—to protect your account information and personal data. However, we shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials, or security breaches caused by third-party factors (such as phishing attacks, external malware, or unauthorized device access) that are beyond our reasonable control.
4. Order Processing & Contract Formation
Submitting an order via the Website constitutes a formal offer by you to purchase the specified Products in accordance with these Terms. We will send an automated "Order Submission Receipt" email to your provided address within 8 minutes of receiving your order—this email confirms order receipt only and does not form a binding contract.
A legally binding contract between you and us is established only when we issue a "Order Confirmation & Shipping Prep Email". This email verifies Product availability, confirms successful payment processing, and provides details of the expected dispatch date (consistent with our Shipping Policy). We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order at our sole discretion if: (a) Any ordered Product is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable due to unforeseen supply issues; (b) There is a material error in pricing, description, or imagery for any Product; (c) We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorized payment, or a violation of these Terms; (d) The delivery address is invalid, incomplete, or inaccessible to our logistics partners.
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the full order amount to your original payment method within 2 business days, with no deductions or additional charges. You may cancel an unshipped order by contacting our customer service team with your order number; once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and you must follow our returns process outlined in Section 7.
5. Pricing, Payment & Tax Compliance
All Product prices displayed on the Website are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) in full compliance with UK tax regulations. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping method, with clear itemization on the checkout page for your review and confirmation before completing payment (further details in our Shipping Policy).
We may adjust Product prices due to changes in raw material costs, market fluctuations, or seasonal promotional activities; however, adjusted prices will not apply to orders for which an Order Confirmation & Shipping Prep Email has already been issued. Full payment must be completed at the time of order placement using one of our accepted secure payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal). All payment transactions are processed through encrypted third-party gateways, and we will never store your full payment card details. If your payment is declined or fails to process, your order will not be processed, and we will notify you promptly to assist with resolving the issue.
6. Product Care & Usage Liability
Each Product is accompanied by detailed fabric-specific care instructions to ensure longevity and maintain quality. You are responsible for following these instructions, including proper washing, drying, ironing, and storage guidelines—especially for casual staples like cotton tops, stretch bottoms, and lightweight outerwear. We shall not be liable for damage caused by improper care, such as shrinkage, fading, stretching, or fabric damage resulting from non-compliance with care instructions.
Normal wear and tear from regular use is not considered a product defect. For issues related to delivery damage, please refer to our Shipping Policy for reporting procedures and resolutions. We do not accept liability for damages incurred due to accidental misuse, alteration, or repair of Products by third parties.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. You may return eligible Products for a full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met: (1) Products are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (no snags, stains, creases from improper handling, or alterations); (2) All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and unmodified; (3) You can provide valid proof of purchase (order number or Order Confirmation & Shipping Prep Email); (4) All detachable accessories (belts, hoods, decorative buttons) are returned with the main Product.
The following Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable: (a) Personalized or custom-made items; (b) "Final Sale" items (marked as such on the Website, with discounts of 51% or more); (c) Products damaged due to improper use, washing, or storage; (d) Intimate apparel items, unless they are defective and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. This number must be clearly printed on the outer packaging of the returned items—returns without a valid RA Number will not be accepted or processed. You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect size, color, or Product; defective stitching or fabric). In such cases, we will reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs upon verification of the error.
We will inspect returned Products within 4 business days of receipt. If the return meets eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 6 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error. For exchanges, we will dispatch the replacement Product once the returned item is approved and inspected, and we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement (per our standard shipping terms).
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights associated with jsfkeji—including but not limited to trademarks, logos, product designs, Website content (text, images, videos, graphics), and software—are exclusively owned by jsfkeji or our authorized licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website and its content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, display, publish, or exploit any of our intellectual property rights in any form or for any purpose. Our total liability for direct damages resulting from a breach of these Terms or our negligence shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific Products that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Minor product variations that do not affect wearability or functionality shall not constitute liability.
